Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the e8ee website, creating an account, or using any product or service offered by e8ee — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and e8ee.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the e8ee platform. Continued use of e8ee following any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

e8ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, e8ee will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or contact information on their account. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on e8ee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. e8ee enforces a strict minimum age policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time, including at the point of registration, at the first withdrawal request, or at any point during your account lifecycle.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to contract.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on e8ee at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device fingerprints — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement — either one you have voluntarily requested through e8ee or one imposed under any applicable responsible gaming scheme.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of e8ee, or of any game provider, software supplier, or payment partner operating in connection with e8ee.

e8ee reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) documents from any player at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Accepted identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your e8ee account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes generated by the two-factor authentication system. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or anyone acting on your behalf.

• e8ee will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from e8ee and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You must notify e8ee's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• e8ee strongly recommends that all players enable OTP two-factor authentication, available in account security settings. This adds a second layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Any wagers placed, deposits made, or bonuses claimed through your account — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access using your credentials — are your responsibility until you formally notify e8ee of a security breach.
• e8ee reserves the right to lock an account temporarily if unusual activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder via the registered contact details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on e8ee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). e8ee does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. e8ee does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the player's own name.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 via bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; these are specified in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposit processing time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically reflect in your e8ee balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending receipt of satisfactory verification documents.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. e8ee reserves the right to require a player to withdraw via the same channel through which they deposited.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Source of funds: e8ee reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into a player's account. This is part of e8ee's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension and account review.

e8ee processes all payments through SSL-encrypted gateways. No payment card details are stored on e8ee servers. All transactions are subject to e8ee's internal fraud detection and AML screening procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

e8ee offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms accompanying each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date from the point of issue. Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account along with any associated winnings.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Activating a new bonus while another is active may cause the existing bonus to be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: e8ee employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion with other players. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled and winnings voided.
• e8ee discretion: e8ee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to exclude any player from a promotion where e8ee has reasonable grounds to believe that the player's participation is not in the spirit of the offer.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and in-play betting activity conducted through the e8ee sportsbook:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of e8ee. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. e8ee reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds: All odds displayed on the e8ee sportsbook are correct at the time of display but may be subject to change before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. e8ee is not liable for technical delays that may affect the odds displayed to a player versus the odds at which the bet is ultimately accepted.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the stated period; if there has been a clear error in the odds offered; or if e8ee has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are specified in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. e8ee reserves the right to limit winnings where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• Match-fixing: Any player found to have placed bets in connection with match-fixing, manipulation of results, or any form of corrupt activity relating to any sporting event will have their account permanently closed and any winnings forfeited. Such cases may be reported to the relevant sporting authorities.
• Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, specific settlement rules apply including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method scenarios, rain-interrupted matches, and super overs. Full cricket betting rules are available in the sportsbook help section.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. The following general rules apply to all casino activity on e8ee:

• RNG certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. e8ee does not modify or influence game outcomes.
• Game malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that results in an interrupted round, the round will be void and all wagers returned to the player's account. e8ee is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. Players must not attempt to circumvent game limits through any technical means.
• Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpot prizes are governed by the individual game provider's rules. e8ee acts as a distributor and does not set, manage, or guarantee jackpot prize amounts. Jackpot winnings are subject to the provider's own verification and payout procedures.
• Live casino conduct: Players using the live dealer tables must conduct themselves respectfully at all times via any available chat functions. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct in the live chat will result in chat restrictions or account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e8ee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or using more than one e8ee account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be void.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring deposits to avoid anti-money laundering (AML) reporting thresholds.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or bonus outcomes.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, or using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information at any stage of the registration or KYC verification process.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate payment transaction with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your e8ee account and wagered.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the e8ee platform — including but not limited to the e8ee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to e8ee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any e8ee content without the prior written consent of e8ee.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) is owned by the respective studios and is subject to their own intellectual property rights. e8ee holds valid licences to distribute such content on the platform.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the e8ee platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and may be revoked by e8ee at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e8ee's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or from use of the platform, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• e8ee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
• e8ee is not liable for interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, payment gateway failures, or events beyond e8ee's reasonable control (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action).
• e8ee does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Players should not engage in high-stakes activity during periods of known network instability.
• Game results and sportsbook outcomes are final once confirmed. e8ee is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, odds formats, or bet settlement procedures.

Amendments to Terms

e8ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to deposit limits, wagering requirements, KYC obligations, or prohibited conduct definitions — e8ee will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed on the platform.

Your continued use of the e8ee platform after any amendment takes effect shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and, if applicable, submit a withdrawal request for any funds held in your account before the effective date of the change.

The version of these Terms in force at the time a bet is placed, a game round is initiated, or a transaction is processed governs that specific activity. Previous versions of the Terms are archived and available upon written request to [email protected].

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of contract law applicable in the context of online entertainment services. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with e8ee's support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

e8ee will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player disputes in a fair and timely manner. Players should allow up to 14 business days for a formal written response to a submitted dispute. e8ee's decision on matters within its operational control — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account security determinations — is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described above.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.
